We are currently looking for a R&D compliance Analyst to join our Research and Development team on a contact up to 12 months based in Little Island.

We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Management of Specification Documents

  • Review new / updated specifications for system compliance (versioning, traceability)
  • Upload new / updated specification documents to IT documentation systems
  • Retrieve documents from specification archive on request
  • Support Material Qualification through administration of supplier submissions

Continuous Improvement / Productivity
  • Share document management best practices
  • Create & maintain harmonised specification templates
  • Implement document approval workflows
  • Update systems to support automatic versioning

Customer Support
  • Train Product Developers & related stakeholders to create, approve, store and retrieve specification documentation in existing systems
  • Timely review of & response to specification queries from internal stakeholders such as SRA, Food Safety, Quality Assurance
  • Support of Operations & Supply Chain teams in response to audit or supplier-related queries

Standard Compliance, Development & Implementation
  • Collaborate with working groups to provide clear information & metrics on as-is documentation processes to support development & implementation of improved regional & global specification systems

Communication
  • Exchange information effectively and timely with customers and colleagues

Self-Development
  • Build technical capabilities by availing of relevant training courses

Qualifications/Requirements

Essential Criteria i.e. qualifications and/or experience (this will be assessed during short-listing)

Strong negotiation / influencing skills. Excellent negotiating skills and good in building internal & external relationships Contributes to a work environment that makes work rewarding and enjoyable. Additional Desired qualifications and/or experience Bachelor degree in Food / Beverage Science and Technology Previous working experience in FMCG Food / Pharmacy, ideally with exposure to R&D or Regulatory Compliance environment
