Here's how this role will help:
Lead end-to-end packaging validation activities and be responsible for creating and executing all packaging validation documents including risk assessments, protocols and final reports.
Investigate process and quality problems and implement corrective actions as well as identify process improvements.
Bring knowledge of new materials and material capabilities, manufacturing processes and best practices across a variety of product platforms
Supporting the development of best and proven validation practices in the validation department, based upon current industry guidelines and practices.
Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams for project validation
Prioritizing, managing and executing multiple projects utilizing the project management methodologies
Conduct validation training with project team communicating deliverables, procedures and methods
Write and/or amend work instructions or SOPs as needed
Serve as the validation representative on project teams to ensure all departments understand and comply with the requirements of cGMP’s as applied to the Company’s product

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of related Packaging Validation industry experience (Pharma/Biotech)
The ideal candidate will have previous hands on experience with OTC and/or Pharmaceutical packaging processes and validations.
Hands-on experience supporting/executing validation documents related to various packaging processes and procedures
Knowledge of Serialization process and systems
Must have strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proven problem-solving skills
The ability to work and make decisions independently and have the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities is required.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in cross-functional team environments, as well as independently
Excellent PC skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
