Permanent TSB, through Programme Forte, is currently implementing a new Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) which will be the point of contact for customers, colleagues and agents, across Mobile, Desktop and Branch for new and existing origination and self-service journeys. The platform will be market leading using cutting edge technologies and delivered through an Agile Methodology. In addition, we will adopt an API led delivery model and will undertake renovation of our core legacy platforms.
Another key part of this transformation is the implementation of a Customer Correspondence Management (CCM) system, which will automate correspondence across our 5 Value Streams.
This role will effectively manage the transition to the new system and ensure that CCM is implemented effectively and on time into new functional builds across the Programme. It will also be responsible for the effective management of Legacy API deliverables under our Core Platform modernisation work stream.
This is a 24 Month Fixed Term Contract.
