Anti-Abuse Specialist, Trust & Safety (BI), WhatsApp Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of abuse and how it affects WhatsApp Business Products
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and outsourced vendors to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale
Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
Effectively plan and manage complex projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution to further our mission
Bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree or equivalent degree
5+ year(s) of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (operations, project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems)
Experience with program management
Experience solving problems, analyzing data and using data in solving and providing practical business insights
Experience with assessing, analyzing and resolving complicated issues, and distill that complexity into simple and concise communication
Experience with working on multiple tasks both independently and within a team environment
Experience resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with global teams
Experience working with ad tech, outsourcing, policy, and spam/fraud
