Office/Credit Control Assistant
· Reporting to the Office Manager you will be Phoning, texting, emailing, sending letters to active debt customers within the agreed timeframe eg; work with the credit control team for continuation of the process
· Opening and processing of post each Tuesday.
· Working closely with / assisting the Credit Control Team
· Daily Cover of cash desk and/or when required
· Bank Lodgements
· Assisting with dataset tasks/invoicing/posting of invoices/credit notes etc.
· Leave cover for the Quayside team
· Other Job Related Duties may be assigned
· Preferably 1-2 years experience in administration / credit control
· Ability to work within a multi-tasking capacity within a team environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office / word/Excel/Email
