Job Description

At AutoEntry we build innovative cloud products and services that are in daily use, by hundreds of thousands of people.This role is an exciting opportunity for a UX Designer to join a successful team and work on award winning software.

The candidate should have a keen interest in the prospect of working in-house, directly with the product owners, end-users, and development teams to improve on a long-term product, with the ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet business needs and vision.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers and other colleagues to discover and understand requirements, along with broader business goals and metrics
  • Help to identify UX debt in our products and devise solutions to address them
  • Assist the Product team in specifying new and evolving features, through research and creation of mocks, prototypes, wireframes and user flows as needed.
  • Define UI, interaction and motion specs, and collaborate with engineering to build and maintain a UI component library and design system


  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience on a product, design or UX team for a web or mobile application
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements or feedback
  • Proven ability to work as part of a software team, with strong collaboration skills
  • High level of proficiency in at least one of the following: Sketch, Framer, Figma or Adobe XD
  • Comfortable with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API’s
  • Familiarity with Design Systems, Component Libraries and concepts such as Atomic Design
  • Ideally you would have experience facilitating or running workshops and user testing
