Experienced Customer Care Co-Ordinator to join our busy team

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Answer the phone

- Log Service Calls

- Deal with customer queries

- Excellent computer skills required - especially excel

- Due to the busy and varied nature of this role we are looking for a pro active professional individual who has the ability to work well on their own initiative as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will also be extremely organised and have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
