Novi Onboarding Coordinator Responsibilities
Primary facilitator for Facebook Dublin’s New Hire Orientation (NHO). Responsible for core program content, welcoming new employees, leading specific sessions, and answering questions. Partner with Global Onboarding team on content strategy, design, and delivery.
Partner with our Global Onboarding Team, L&D colleagues, and Business Partners to provide exceptional employee orientation experiences.
Partner with regional stakeholder to drive change management across the regional onboarding cycle, to ensure regional onboarding experience aligns with global onboarding principles.
Stakeholder management with regional xfn partners, sharing best practices and influencing alignment towards a unified onboarding experience for n00bs in region.
Assess track and analyze the impact of NHO in Dublin. Based on insights, share insights, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement of solutions.
Primary facilitator for Facebook Dublin’s Intern Orientation (IO) experience. Partner with Intern Orientation Program Owner on content strategy and delivery.
Back-up Facilitator for Facebook London’s New Hire Orientation (NHO) and Intern Orientation (IO) experiences.
Provide development support via pre-session and post-session feedback to speakers.
Provide pre and post-NHO support to new hires through email and Facebook communication.
Serve as a thought leader in Onboarding by staying up to date on the latest research and current trends in the space.
A passion for helping people to learn.
Experience in Facilitation or HR Business Partnership.
Dynamic, flexible and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Exceptional verbal communication skills and comfortable engaging in communication at any level within an organisation.
Strong communication skills are required as this person will be the key link with many different partners.
Good influencing skills are required as this person will need to influence a range of teams and stakeholders.
