You will be responsible for identifying opportunities through inbound web chat leads from Vodafone Business Customers, as well as engaging with global and local accounts teams to ensure these opportunities are managed, giving the customer the best experience possible. You will create a great first impression by providing all prospects with an excellent experience. This will ensure that prospects for whom we can add value are excited to move forward with us, and those for whom we aren’t the right solution still walk away with a positive experience.
This role will provide continuous support to clients' Sales teams to identify Sales-ready opportunities, take responsibility for pre-call research, and work with NAM Sales Strategy, ensuring that opportunities are followed-up by Sales reps and do not become stuck or stale during the Sales cycle. As part of the role you will help improve and give continuous feedback on the inbound web chat platform and help ensure we are giving the customer positive and valuable experience .
