The fitness leader’s diploma course must be completed prior to commencing the personal trainer’s diploma.The aim of this course is to develop fitness leader’s knowledge in gym instruction and in advanced training principles.

This course covers advanced exercise and fitness knowledge, advanced fitness programming. It also covers detailed information on rehabilitation programmes for clients. Diet and nutrition is also a large component of the course which covers detailed healthy eating plans.
