The degree prepares you for the challenges faced in nursing practice through the continuation of lifelong development of skills and knowledge to work with the complexity of practice – and the challenges in providing nursing care in the complexity of a modern healthcare system. It will enable you to develop your reflective and evidence-based practice, and equip you to develop the skills needed to critically challenge nursing care taking into account the dynamic social, cultural, spiritual, legal, political and economic factors affecting care delivery.
