Personnel Group In 1972 the founders of ATLAS initiated the formation of the Irish Federation of Personnel Services (PS), the now National Recruitment Federation, and were subsequently instrumental in developing relationships with similar bodies internationally. ATLAS PERSONNEL has thereby directly contributed to the formation, adoption and implementation of industry standards in this country.
