Chapter One Restaurant opened 13 years ago in the somewhat disadvantaged area of Dublin's North Inner City. Akin to a Left Bank, it has taken determined effort to bring the restaurant to it's current standing of as one of Dublin's top restaurants. Our clientele enjoy innovative & delicious food with friendly service provided by the expert hands of Ross Lewis and Martin Corbett who have been business partners for 13 years.
Chapter One has a thriving a la carte business but also caters to private & corporate functions ( private dining facilities are available ). Our recent remodelling of the restaurant has seen the addition of an Oyster Counter & Champagne Bar with a new reception area plus a Fine Wine Cellar. All of which serve to create an even more appealing atmosphere.
